External Role: National Account Administrator

Kubota Canada Ltd. is currently seeking a National Account Administrator to join our Sales & Marketing team in Pickering, ON. This position is responsible for administering, coordinating, and tracking National Account activities, including customer GPS units and decals, dealer and customer reimbursements, dealer transfer allowances, warranty registrations, and customer sales invoicing. The role works closely with customers, dealers, vendors, and internal departments to support National Account operations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This posting represents a current vacancy and is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track departmental purchasing of GPS units and decals, including inventory management for all National Accounts
  • Coordinate and track direct shipment of customer GPS units and decals for assigned National Accounts
  • Coordinate and track activation of customer GPS units with vendors
  • Organize, monitor, and track customer purchase orders and communications for assigned Government and Commercial accounts
  • Communicate and coordinate with dealers regarding equipment delivery, GPS and decal installation, equipment preparation, and PDI requirements
  • Manage customer equipment invoice generation, issuance, recording, and tracking
  • Supervise dealer transfer processes and related documentation
  • Process and track dealer and customer reimbursements for assigned National Accounts
  • Coordinate warranty registrations and related administrative requirements
  • Assist with customer payable and receivable reconciliations in collaboration with internal departments
  • Maintain National Account documentation and provide administrative support to support customer sales and dealer participation
  • Track orders, purchase orders, discounts, and performance metrics by account and sales channel
  • Support dealer performance tracking and corporate discount analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Accounting, Parts, Service & Warranty, and other departments to provide optimal customer support
  • Communicate with Kubota Tractor Corporation and external vendors to support program administration and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary College diploma or University degree preferred
  • Related business experience in sales and administration
  • Knowledge of compact construction, landscape, commercial contractor, and agricultural equipment markets is preferred
  • Bilingual (English/French) is preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, communication, and documentation skills
  • Strong networking and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and relationship-building skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Compensation:

Salary Range: $60,000 - $63,000
This range is provided in accordance with Ontario pay transparency legislation and reflects expected compensation for this role.
