Multimedia & Stream Producer

Kubota Canada LTD. is currently seeking a Multimedia & Stream Producer to join our Service and Engineering team in Pickering, ON. This position will be responsible for the end-to-end production of video, live streamed, and webinar-based content to support learning, communication, and product knowledge across the organization and dealer network. This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days in office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end production of instructional, promotional, and business support video content 
  • Identify and pursue video production opportunities by assessing business needs, trends, and gaps 
    Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders 
  • Define project goals, audience, and intended outcomes 
  • Execute pre-production activities including briefing, storyboarding, scripting, shot lists, scheduling, sourcing props, and planning shoot locations 
  • Lead on site and in field production, managing camera, lighting, and audio 
  • Develop engaging visual content through video editing, sound design, and 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and infographics
  • Perform post-production activities including editing, colour correction, motion graphics, audio mixing, and formatting
  • Deliver final outputs across Kubota University, corporate presentations, product knowledge tools, and platforms 
  • Ensure all content aligns with Kubota brand standards and supports effective learning and communication principles 
  • Manage media assets, file organization, and archiving 
  • Continuously explore and implement new tools, technologies, and production techniques 
  • Lead technical setup and execution of live streamed corporate town halls and events 
  • Prepare, test, and validate equipment, connections, and platforms in advance of live events 
  • Monitor and manage live broadcast performance to ensure seamless delivery 
  • Coordinate and direct presenters, hosts, and contributors to ensure a polished and professional delivery 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three-year diploma or degree in Multimedia, Video Production, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in video production, editing, and multimedia content development
  • Demonstrated experience producing long form video, short form video, and motion graphics, supported by a portfolio or demo reel
  • Proficiency in industry standard video and broadcast software including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, and live streaming tools
  • Experience operating professional video and broadcast equipment including cameras, lighting, audio systems, switchers, and teleprompters
  • Experience supporting live broadcast or streaming environments including webinars or live events
  • Understanding of visual storytelling, content structure, and audience engagement principles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and accountability
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to apply professional judgment
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage changing requirements and production challenges
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual English and French is considered an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

Salary Range: $65,000 - $74,000       
This range is provided in accordance with Ontario pay transparency legislation and reflects expected compensation for this role.
